1. Tuition Fees Definition
Tuition fees mean charges on students learning in the class for all subjects.

While taking admission for the first time in the school, the parents must pay the entire fees for the whole year.

Transport fees mean the fees charged on the students. Transportation from his village to school and school to village and not school to house and vice versa.

Mess charges mean the charges for breakfast and lunch of the students. Breakfast and lunch will be provided as per Written in the calendar.

All fees must be paid as per the schedule mentioned (in the diary).

If late to pay the fees, then late fees will be charged up to RS.1000/- or 10% of the real fees.

Students who are taking admission in Nursery, Jr.K.G. and Sr.K.G., their fees must be paid at once means only in one installment.

If a student is not paying the fees in a year, his/her result will not be given to him till he paid the fees.

If any student left in the first term then he/she will charge the first term fees when he will demand his LC. or TC.

If a student will attend the school in April in a new academic session and wants his LC. or T.C. in the month of May, June, or in any mid-term, he/she must pay all fees of first term fees.

Before leaving the school, he/she must pay all the fees (with fine) and should take N.O.C. from the office library, science, and sports teachers, and then the Principal will issue LC. or T.C.

If a student makes any kind of misbehavior in the classroom, Science lab, computer lab, smart-class, corridor, mess, he/she has to pay the damage charges before leaving the school.

No demand letter will be sent to parents about fees of his ward. That is the responsibility of the parents to pay the fees within time in the school.

No phone call be made to the parents for his wards’ due fees and other dues. So, it is the responsibility of the parents to pay the fees and dues in the office within the given time.
